Job Title: Art Teacher
Location: Dronfield (S18)
Salary: £155 – £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time, Part-time / Long-Term, Day-to-day

GSL Education are looking for an Art Teacher to join a successful secondary school in Dronfield (S18). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to deliver engaging art lessons that promote creativity, skill development, and self-expression.

Key Responsibilities of the Art Teacher:

  • Teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience is desirable).
  • Plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and engaging lessons.
  • Encourage students to explore various artistic mediums and techniques.
  • Prepare pupils for GCSE (and A-Level if applicable) assessments.
  • Contribute to the wider creative life of the school through exhibitions and events.

Requirements for the Art Teacher role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong subject knowledge in Art and Design.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities.
  • Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
