Job Title: Physical Education (PE) Teacher
Location: Hoyland, S74
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join a welcoming school in Hoyland. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver engaging lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development.
As a PE Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering dynamic and inclusive PE lessons across key stages.
- Encouraging pupils to participate in a range of physical activities and sports.
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development.
- Contributing to extracurricular sports clubs and school competitions.
To be successful as a PE Teacher, you should:
- Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching PE across Key Stages.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for physical education.
- Possess excellent classroom management and motivational skills.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
- Provide a full, 10-year career history (CV) with any gaps explained.
