Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Brighton
Salary: £90 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term (Part-time roles also available)

GSL Education are seeking a committed Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Brighton, delivering engaging lessons and inspiring young learners across the curriculum.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic classroom teaching role where you will take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in line with the national curriculum. The school values creativity, high expectations, and a nurturing environment where all pupils can thrive.
Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupils

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and well-being

Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed

Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and share best practice

Engage with parents and carers to support pupils’ learning and development

Maintain high standards of behaviour through positive classroom management
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent

Experience teaching in a primary school setting

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum

Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
-
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)
