Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Eastbourne
Salary: £120 - £200 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time, Long-term

About the Role: You'll have your own class of primary-aged pupils, delivering a broad and balanced curriculum that brings learning to life. This school encourages teachers to be creative, take risks, and find new ways to engage and inspire their pupils across all subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum (EYFS/KS1/KS2)
- Use assessment data to tailor learning to individual pupil needs
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture that promotes growth mindset
- Collaborate with colleagues on whole-school initiatives and curriculum development
- Build strong partnerships with parents and families
- Lead extracurricular activities and contribute to the wider school community
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in primary education
- Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and innovative teaching strategies
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
- Enthusiasm for professional development and collaborative working
- Have an updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one)
