Pay Rate: £150 – £230 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a supportive school in Rotherham. This role is ideal for an educator who is keen to inspire, challenge, and nurture young minds through engaging and inclusive teaching.
Role Overview:
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver the national curriculum to a class of pupils, fostering their academic progress, emotional development, and enthusiasm for learning. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive, stimulating, and well-managed classroom environment.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing regular feedback to children and parents.
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour.
- Work as part of a team to plan cross-curricular activities and contribute to school life.
- Maintain accurate records in line with school policy and statutory requirements.
Requirements for Primary Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A nurturing, resilient, and adaptable teaching approach.
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
