GSL Educaiton is hiring KS2 Teachers in Southampton

Position: KS2 Teacher
Location: Southampton
Salary Type: £150 - £200 Per Day
Start Date: Immediately

Requirements:

  • Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE) is a must.
  • Solid understanding of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
  • Proficient in developing engaging and inclusive lesson plans.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Cultivate a warm and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to enrich the learning experience.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being.


Key Skills:

  • Proficient in classroom management techniques as a KS2 Teacher.
  • Ability to implement differentiated instruction methods.
  • Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Skilled in integrating technology to enhance learning experiences.
  • Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Utilising various assessment and evaluation strategies.
