Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary Scale: £83.33 - £95 per day
Start Date: ASAP, Full Time
GSL Education Kent are actively seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant for immediate placement at Client Primary Schools in Tunbridge Wells. We are looking for an enthusiastic and patient Primary Teaching Assistant committed to nurturing the educational journey of young learners and, providing invaluable support to both students and teachers.
The Role:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Preparing and organizing learning materials and resources.
- Assisting with the assessment and recording of students' progress.
- Contributing to extracurricular activities and school events.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain a unified educational approach.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in Primary School.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or childcare are desirable but not essential.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
