About the Role:
- Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring that students are engaged in learning activities and adhering to school rules.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and support students with their learning as required.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
