Contract Type: Long-Term Contract, 5 days a week
About the Role:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and engaged with their learning.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Support the school in maintaining a positive learning environment and promoting high standards of student conduct.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour in a calm and assertive manner.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
