Role: KS2 Teacher

Location: Romsey

Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS)

Start Date: September 2024

 

We are looking for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are looking for a new, inspiring school teaching experience in either Early Years, KS1 or KS2. This could be a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and grow as part of a highly motivated and forward thinking team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Master’s Degree

• Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE)

• In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies

• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education

• Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles

• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents

• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices

• Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks
