Role : Early Years Practitioner Teaching Assistant - SEN
Location: Tower Hamlets
Pay : £80-£100 per day
Start Date : Immediate
Contract Type: , Temporary to permanent
School Hours : 8.30am -4pm - Full time
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner /Teaching Assistant to support children on the Early Years Framework who have special educational needs such as Autism and communication needs. The core part of the role will involve providing 1:1 and small group support for ASD pupils in an engaging, patient and tailored manner.
The role will be full time for the academic year with the view to continue for next academic year.
This will be to join a 'Good' school that provide unprecedented support to staff at all levels, there is training provided by experienced SLT, a high achieving school where you can develop and learn more. A school with high standards with pupils' wellbeing at the centre of everything they do.
Early Years Practitioner TA Specification :
- Seeking someone who is proactive , resilient , can uphold high standards of school and get the best out of the pupils
- Previous Nursery or Early years’ experience will be essential
- Have previous experience working with special needs
- The successful candidate will have experience of having key children and completing differentiated planning for SEN
- You will be willing to work as part of a team and be flexible to support the needs of the pupils
- The successful candidate will be able to put the needs of the children at the forefront of what they do , taking into consideration individual special educational needs
