 Location: South Woodham Ferrers
 Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year
 Start Date: September 2024
 Contract Type: Full Time/ Permanent
 
Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified SEMH Teacher looking for a rewarding opportunity in a secondary school setting? Look no further! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Qualified SEMH Teacher to join our team in South Woodham Ferrers.
 
 Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise as a Qualified SEMH Teacher to provide tailored support and guidance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
- Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans that cater to the individual requirements of each student.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
 
 Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with SEMH students.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, patience, and a proactive approach to supporting student well-being.
