Salary: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-Day / Long-Term, Part-Time / Full-Time

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to work across schools in Sheffield (S35). This is an excellent opportunity for an English Teacher who enjoys inspiring students and supporting their development in reading, writing, and communication skills.

What to Expect in This English Teacher Role:

  • Deliver engaging English lessons across a range of year groups.
  • Plan and prepare lessons that challenge and motivate students.
  • Support students in developing literacy, comprehension, and analytical skills.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
  • Assess student progress and work collaboratively with colleagues to support achievement.

Requirements for This English Teacher Role:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching English is desirable.
  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
  • A professional, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
