Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic Geography Teacher to join schools in the Sheffield S11 area, delivering engaging lessons that bring physical and human geography to life while inspiring curiosity and independent learning.
As a Geography Teacher, you will lead students in exploring landscapes, cultures, and global issues, building analytical and problem‑solving skills while fostering curiosity in a structured, inclusive, and interactive classroom.
Mian Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-planned geography lessons that engage pupils.
- Support students in developing map, data, and research skills.
- Maintain effective behaviour management and a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.
- Monitor pupil achievement and maintain accurate assessment records.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Confident subject knowledge and experience as a Geography Teacher.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to supporting learners of all abilities.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection practices.
