Job Title: Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S11)
Pay rate: Upto £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are working in partnership with schools in the Sheffield S11 area to appoint a committed MFL Teacher, capable of delivering dynamic language lessons that spark enthusiasm and build student confidence in speaking, reading, and writing.
As an Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, you will help pupils build strong language skills, foster cultural awareness, and create an inclusive classroom where learners feel motivated to practise and progress.
Prime Responsibilities:
- Deliver well-structured lessons in line with the modern foreign languages curriculum.
- Encourage active participation and build students’ confidence in communication.
- Use effective behaviour management to maintain a focused learning environment.
- Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching strategies to support learners of varying abilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge and confidence working as an MFL Teacher.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
