About the Role:
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will support the class teacher in delivering lessons, assisting students in accessing the curriculum, and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on teaching experience while making a real difference to students’ learning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students according to the class plan.
- Maintain classroom order and support positive behaviour.
- Help students engage with learning and achieve their potential.
- Prepare and organise resources and lesson materials.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, school leaders, and support staff.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to inform teaching.
Qualifications:
- Previous classroom experience is helpful but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage behaviour and support students effectively.
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
- Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and student development.
