Position: English Teacher
Location: Doncaster (DN2, DN6)
Pay: Up to £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start date: January 2026
Contract: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are working closely with schools in Doncaster (DN2, DN6) to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher for roles starting January 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an English Teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students to develop strong literacy skills. Schools are welcoming applications from both experienced and confident teachers.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum as an English Teacher
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
- Working collaboratively with school staff to support student achievement
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills expected of a professional English Teacher
- Show commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education
