SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Focused
 Location: White City
  Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
  Contract: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
  Start Date: Immediate

 Join a nurturing specialist SEN school in White City, where every child is celebrated for who they are. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping students with autism develop confidence, communication, and independence — both inside and outside the classroom.
Your Role Will Include:
- 
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for students with Autism (ASC).
 - 
Using structured routines, visuals, and communication aids to support learning.
 - 
Encouraging engagement through sensory and play-based activities.
 - 
Supporting emotional regulation and social interaction.
 - 
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to deliver tailored support.
 
What We’re Looking For:

Experience supporting students with Autism (ASC) or complex needs (desirable).

A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
 - 
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
 - 
A genuine passion for inclusive education.

Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
