We’re looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team immediately — someone who believes that every child, no matter their challenges, deserves the chance to learn, grow, and succeed.

The Role

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

  • Location: Hounslow

  • Start Date: Immediately

  • Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

  • Contract: Full-time | Monday – Friday

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students who have a range of learning and communication needs, providing one-to-one and small group support.
Your role will be key in helping children access learning, develop confidence, and feel proud of their achievements.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting children with additional needs in their daily learning.

  • Helping to implement tailored strategies and activities that build independence.

  • Collaborating with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive classroom.

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being.

  • Being a steady source of reassurance, structure, and positivity.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, or a strong passion for working in SEN education.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children who learn differently.

  • A proactive approach and a genuine desire to see students thrive.

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
