Role Snapshot

  • Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Location: Bexley

  • Start Date: Immediate

  • Salary: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through tailored learning activities.

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to encourage focus, engagement, and growth.

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a calm, positive classroom.

  • Build meaningful connections that help pupils reach their potential.

  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive environment that celebrates success.

What We’re Looking For

  • A graduate who’s enthusiastic about education and making a real difference.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

  • A patient, proactive approach to supporting young learners.

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is an advantage.

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
