Pay: £90 – £110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values empathy, patience, and creativity. Your impact will go beyond the classroom — helping pupils gain independence, build confidence, and discover their potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs.

  • Working alongside teachers to adapt lessons and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

  • Supporting children with communication, sensory, or behavioural challenges in a calm and structured manner.

  • Encouraging social development and emotional regulation through positive reinforcement.

  • Promoting a safe and supportive environment where every learner can thrive.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children with SEN or a strong desire to learn.

  • A caring, patient, and adaptable attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy school environment.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
