Key Responsibilities
- 
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 in line with the school’s curriculum. 
- 
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported. 
- 
Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and routines. 
- 
Manage behaviour effectively and promote a culture of respect and learning. 
- 
Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing. 
What We’re Looking For
- 
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. 
- 
Experience teaching in primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2). 
- 
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach to supply teaching. 
- 
Strong classroom management and communication skills. 
- 
A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners.
