SEN Teacher – Scunthorpe
Location: Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire
Salary: £140 – £180 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to work in a specialist provision based in Scunthorpe. This is a full-time opportunity to join a supportive school environment where staff are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs.
Role Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.

Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals.

Track pupil progress and adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs.

Promote personal development and positive behaviour.
Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.

Has experience working with pupils with a range of special educational needs.

Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills.

Is resilient, adaptable, and passionate about inclusive education.

Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
