SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School, Eastbourne
£90 - £100 per day | Full-time, Long-term | Start ASAP
The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
- Help students access learning and build independence
- Adapt resources and track student progress
- Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
- Support positive behaviour and social development
You Have:
- Experience working with children/young people with SEN
- Understanding of diverse learning needs
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Desirable: Secondary experience, autism/ADHD/dyslexia knowledge, SEN qualifications
