SEN Teaching Assistant - Secondary School, Eastbourne

£90 - £100 per day | Full-time, Long-term | Start ASAP 

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Help students access learning and build independence
  • Adapt resources and track student progress
  • Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
  • Support positive behaviour and social development

You Have:

  • Experience working with children/young people with SEN
  • Understanding of diverse learning needs
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
  • Desirable: Secondary experience, autism/ADHD/dyslexia knowledge, SEN qualifications
