Position: Maths Teacher
Location: Portsmouth, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Commencement: Immediate / After Half Term
Employment Type: Full-time

Your Mission as a Maths Teacher:
- Deliver dynamic and inclusive maths lessons tailored to students aged 11–16, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported.
- Cultivate a love for mathematics through creative teaching and real-world applications.
- Organise and lead maths clubs, competitions, and enrichment activities that promote enthusiasm and deeper learning.
- Monitor student achievement, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), be an Early Career Teacher (ECT), or possess equivalent overseas teaching qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching mathematics at secondary level.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to motivate students and foster a growth mindset in mathematics.
- Committed to promoting creativity and curiosity in the classroom.
