Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Chichester
Salary: £85 to £95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Chichester. This is your chance to help students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities of SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
- Assist in developing and implementing individualised education plans for students with SEN.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support, helping students understand and complete their work.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students and staff.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to student success.
- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN (desirable but not essential).
