Job Title: ICT Teacher
Location: Barnsley
Payrate: £155 - £220 per day
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term | Full-time / Part-time

This role offers the chance to equip students with essential computing skills, from coding and software use to digital literacy and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons for Key Stages 3–5.
• Teach computing, coding, digital literacy, and software applications.
• Support students in developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to learners.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in ICT, Computing, or a related subject.
• Experience teaching in Secondary Schools preferred.
• Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply.
• DBS on the Update Service required.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching technology and inspiring young learners.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
