Help Students Grow as a Behaviour Assistant – Bures St. Mary

We’re searching for Behaviour Assistants to join a welcoming school, where pupils are given the support they need to flourish.

£90–£110 per day | Bures St. Mary | Immediate start | Full-time

As a Behaviour Assistant, you’ll:

  • Work closely with students who need patience and encouragement
  • Build strong, positive relationships that inspire trust
  • Support teachers with behaviour plans and structured routines
  • Create an environment where learning feels safe and achievable

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Assistant or in a similar support role (e.g. LSA, Youth Mentor, SEN Support)
  • The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)

Must have own vehicle and a valid driving licence
