Behaviour Assistant – Transform Lives in Halstead

Role: Behaviour Assistant
Location: Halstead
Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time

Your impact will include as a Behaviour Assistant:

  • Building trust with students who need extra guidance
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Supporting teachers to create calm, structured classrooms
  • Helping young people overcome challenges and grow in confidence

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience as a Behaviour Assistant or in a similar support role (e.g. LSA, Youth Mentor, SEN Support)
  • The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
  • A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
