Role: Behaviour Assistant
Location: Sudbury
Pay Rate: £90 – £110 per day
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time

The Role:
As a Behaviour Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with students who display challenging behaviour, providing one-to-one and group support
- Assist teachers in creating a calm and structured classroom environment
- Implement behaviour support plans and use positive reinforcement strategies
- Build strong relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and trust
- Support the wider school team in maintaining high expectations and consistent routines
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Assistant or in a similar support role (e.g. LSA, Youth Mentor, SEN Support)
- The ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
- A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL Education)
Must have own vehicle and a valid driving licence
