Pay Rate: £120 - £180 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Key Stage (KS1) Teacher to join a welcoming school in Skegness. This is a fantastic opportunity to help pupils build strong academic, social, and emotional foundations during a crucial stage of their development.
Responsibilities as KS1 Teacher:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the KS1 curriculum.
- Differentiate instruction to cater for a range of learning abilities and needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupils receive consistent support.
- Promote positive behaviour and a love for learning.
Requirements for KS1 Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferable.
- Experience teaching in a KS1 classroom.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A valid and enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any employment gaps.
