Salary: Up to £115 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a warm and dynamic school in Doncaster. This role gives you the chance to play a key part in students’ progress, offering encouragement and guidance to help them achieve their best.
Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Adapt learning activities to suit the individual needs of pupils.
- Support students with their work by offering clear explanations and guidance.
- Work closely with teachers, providing feedback to enhance learning strategies.
- Contribute to a consistent and supportive approach to pupil development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported and respected.
Requirements of Teaching Assistant (TA)
- Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and needs of students
- Effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, building positive and supportive relationships
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with all members of the school community
- Relevant qualifications or training in primary education (desirable but not essential)
