Learning Support Assistant – Secondary School – Fareham
Full Time, Permanent | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
GSL Education are delighted to be working with a highly regarded secondary school in Fareham, Hampshire, which is seeking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant. The Role:

Full-time Learning Support Assistant, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Supporting students across year groups and subject areas

Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions to enhance learning and engagement

Encouraging pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development

Working in close partnership with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a purposeful and supportive learning environment
The Successful Candidate Will:

Have experience supporting young people in an educational or pastoral capacity

Demonstrate patience, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students

Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to improving outcomes for all learners

Show a genuine desire to contribute to the school community and the wider lives of students
