Job Title: EYFS Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Goring-By-Sea
Salary: £85 to £95 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an EYFS Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a nurturing and inclusive school in Goring-By-Sea. This is a fantastic chance to make a real difference in the lives of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) pupils, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.
Key Responsibilities of EYFS Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children, helping them access the EYFS curriculum.
- Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and record children’s progress, sharing feedback with teaching staff and parents.
- Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and families to support holistic development.
Requirements for EYFS Learning Support Assistant (LSA):
- Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an EYFS or nursery setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with children, staff, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine enthusiasm for early years education.
- Relevant qualifications or training in EYFS or childcare (desirable but not essential).
