Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Westminster
Salary: £150 – £240 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-Time | Long Term

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and deliver individualised and engaging lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with SEN.

  • Work collaboratively with support staff and SENCOs to ensure all students access the curriculum.

  • Create a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment that encourages independence and confidence.

  • Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

  • Promote social, emotional, and academic growth in every student.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching in an SEN or mainstream setting with SEND pupils.

  • Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.

  • Patience, resilience, and creativity in your teaching approach.

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
