Pay Rate: £90 to £110 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Long-term, Full-time (8:30am – 4:15pm)

Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Support teachers in delivering the KS2 curriculum effectively.
- Lead targeted interventions to boost pupil progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour and independent learning.
- Help maintain an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with staff to meet the academic and emotional needs of pupils.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA):
- Strong experience working within KS2 and solid curriculum knowledge.
- Recent school-based experience is essential.
- Confident in delivering academic interventions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
