Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Goring-by-Sea
Salary: £85 – £100 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time/ Part-time, Day-to-day/ Long Term

GSL Education are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Goring-by-Sea. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting pupils’ learning, promoting inclusion, and helping create a safe and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities of the TA:
- Support pupils with their learning in both small groups and 1:1 sessions.
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering lessons.
- Promote positive behaviour and a respectful classroom environment.
- Help monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessments.
- Support extracurricular and school activities where required.
Requirements for the TA role:
- Previous experience working in a school or classroom environment is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, patient, and caring approach to supporting pupils.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
