GSL Education are currently recruiting for a qualified Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming early years setting in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development in a nurturing and fun environment.
The Role

Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and personal development.

Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are always upheld.
What We’re Looking For

A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).

Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.

A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature.

Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with children.
