Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £130 – £180 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to join schools in Cleethorpes. This role is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are eager to develop their teaching careers in supportive primary settings.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons across EYFS–KS2.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, giving constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leaders.
Requirements for the Primary Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
