Job Title: Primary Teacher

Salary: £130 – £180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Temporary, Full-Time/ Part-time
Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher with experience across EYFS – KS2?
GSL Education are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to join schools in Scunthorpe on a temporary basis. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs, offering the chance to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for EYFS – KS2.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.
Requirements for the Primary Teacher role:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs).
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil success.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
