Salary: £150 – £210 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are looking for a passionate Primary Teacher to join schools in Bognor.
As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons, helping pupils to develop academically and socially. You will play a vital role in shaping positive learning experiences across different key stages and ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Encourage pupils’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers.
- Participate in meetings, training, and wider school activities.
Essential Requirements for a Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience working in primary schools.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for teaching and supporting pupil development.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
