Location: Littlehampton
Salary: £150 – £210 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary Teacher to join schools in Littlehampton. This role offers the chance to inspire young learners and contribute to their educational journey in a supportive and engaging environment.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. You will work closely with colleagues to foster a positive learning environment, helping students to thrive academically and socially. This position provides the opportunity to teach across key stages while developing strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Your Responsibilities as a Primary Teacher:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure pupil progress.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement in the classroom.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and wider school activities.
Primary Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching in primary schools.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for education and commitment to pupil success.
- A valid enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
