GSL Education are looking for a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford on a full-time basis from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing, while gaining valuable experience in a supportive school environment.
The Role

Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

Work with pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to help them reach their full potential.

Support children with additional needs, ensuring all pupils feel included in learning.

Help create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.

Assist with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and learning activities.
What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or support setting.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children’s education.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
