Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Gainsborough
Pay Rate: £88.94 to £104.84 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long-term, Part-time / Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a welcoming primary school in Gainsborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children from Early Years through to Key Stage 2, helping them thrive academically and socially in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA):

  • Support teachers in planning and delivering personalised learning strategies.
  • Provide targeted interventions to boost understanding and skills.
  • Promote effective study habits and model positive behaviour.
  • Help create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
  • Collaborate with educational professionals to support wider student needs.

Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA):

  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning and development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • EYFS to KS2 experience is essential.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education are desirable.
