Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Dronfield (S18)
Pay Rate: £150 – £250 per day

Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teacher passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential?
GSL Education are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a school in Dronfield (S18). This role provides the opportunity to deliver personalised learning, support social and emotional development, and create a safe, inclusive environment for all students.
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of SEN pupils.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents to ensure holistic support.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.
Requirements for SEN Teacher:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Proven experience teaching SEN pupils in primary or secondary schools.
- Strong knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills.
- An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- A full CV covering the last 10 years of employment, with explanations for any gaps.
