Job Title: SEN Teacher
Location: Enfield
Salary: £150 – £220 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Immediately
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term
GSL Education is currently recruiting for a committed and skilled SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Enfield. This is a full-time role to start immediately, offering an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH).
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual learning needs.

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SENCOs to ensure consistent support for pupils.

Develop and implement strategies to support EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) outcomes.

Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Track and assess progress, adapting teaching approaches as required.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies.

Excellent communication, adaptability, and organisational skills.

Enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
