Salary: £150 – £210 per day (Depending on Experience)

GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join schools in Chichester, where you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment.
In this role, you will plan and deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum, supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure pupils receive the encouragement and guidance they need to succeed.
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will be:
- Deliver well-structured and creative lessons across the primary key stages.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils, including those with additional support requirements.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Track and monitor pupil progress, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Encourage positive behaviour and active participation in lessons.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and carers to enhance pupil learning.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
- Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Strong behaviour management skills and a pupil-focused approach.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to professional growth.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
