Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Immingham
Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

A welcoming primary school in Immingham is seeking a motivated and inspiring Primary Teacher to join their team. Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference to pupils from EYFS through KS2.

Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:

  • Design and deliver engaging lessons that spark curiosity and support progress across EYFS–KS2.
  • Create a nurturing classroom culture where children feel confident, safe, and valued.
  • Track and evaluate pupil achievement, celebrating successes and addressing challenges.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and outside professionals to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school while maintaining the highest safeguarding standards.

To be successful as a Primary Teacher, you should:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are very welcome to apply.
  • Previous experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Strong classroom management skills with a calm, adaptable approach.
  • Dedication to supporting each child’s academic and personal growth.
  • Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
