Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Louth
Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

An inclusive and welcoming primary school in Louth is looking for a Primary Teacher to join their team. Whether you are an experienced educator or an Early Career Teacher (ECT) eager to start your journey, this role provides the chance to make a meaningful difference across EYFS to KS2.
Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of pupils across EYFS–KS2.
- Create a positive and supportive classroom where every child feels valued and encouraged.
- Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to support their academic and personal growth.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to enhance learning outcomes.
- Actively contribute to school life while ensuring the highest safeguarding standards.
To be successful as a Primary Teacher, you should:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications from ECTs are welcome.
- Experience teaching in EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to meet diverse learning needs.
- Strong commitment to fostering pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Provide a full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment in the last 10 years.
