We also help schools with permanent positions, which often follow on from long-term positions. Once a teacher has taken a permanent position they move onto the school’s payroll, and their employment with us finishes - although we often remain in contact with our teachers after they’ve moved on! Permanent placements are not as common as long-term and day-to-day supply positions simply because it is often in the best interests of the school, in terms of cost, to find their own permanent members of staff. |
